Procurement Specialist

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations by assisting in procuring goods and services to support the organization's goals.

  • Procurement Process Assistance: Collaborate with internal teams to procure goods and services that meet organizational needs.
  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement processes.
  • Purchase Order Preparation and Negotiation: Prepare purchase orders and negotiate terms with suppliers.
  • Inventory Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to ensure timely ordering and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. A detail-oriented approach with a proactive mindset is also essential for driving results.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required for this position.
