
Strategic HR Leader

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is a strategic role that aligns business objectives with employees and management.
This role involves formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Provide expert guidance on talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Talent Management
Manage day-to-day performance management including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
Employee Relations
Investigate complex employee relations issues effectively and objectively.
HR Strategy
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards.
Training and Development
Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.
- Proven experience in managing complex employee relations issues.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
