About the Role

This is a critical HR position that requires expertise in managing complex tasks and multiple stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead strategic planning sessions to develop the business scorecard.
  2. Collaborate with departmental heads to create the HR strategic resource plan.
  3. Provide guidance on restructuring and succession planning.
  4. Propose departmental structures with Department Head consensus.
  5. Share the organizational chart regularly.
  6. Develop KPIs for all departments.
  7. E nsure KPIs align with the business scorecard.
  8. Assist top management in preparing employee engagement surveys.
  9. Manage employee relationships and resolve issues.
  10. Identify and mitigate HR and compliance risks.
  11. Develop job descriptions based on job analysis.
  12. Participate in recruitment and selection processes.
  13. Review and approve monthly payroll.
  14. Biennially review salaries against market rates.
  15. Balance salary structures and benefits to control costs and attract talent.
  16. Analyze training needs.
  17. Guide line management in performance management.
Requirements
  • At least 6-7 years of HR and compliance experience.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
