Job Overview

This role is for a Strategic Growth Manager who has a proven track record in B2B sales and hands-on expertise with freelance platforms to drive global client acquisition and revenue growth.

The successful candidate will lead B2B sales initiatives, manage and scale business opportunities on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms, build strong client relationships, and close high-value deals.

Key qualifications include 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or freelance platform management, strong understanding of Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing ecosystems, excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills, target-driven ambition, and strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive strategic sales initiatives to acquire and retain corporate clients.
  2. Manage and scale business opportunities on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms.
  3. Build strong client relationships and close high-value deals.
  4. Identify growth opportunities, develop proposals, and pitch solutions.
  5. Meet sales targets and contribute directly to company revenue.
