We are seeking a highly skilled EDR/XDR Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deploying and supporting Microsoft's Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Extended Detection and Response (XDR) solutions.

This role requires excellent technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a customer-facing environment.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Deploy and configure Microsoft's EDR/XDR solutions at customer premises.
  2. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions.
  3. Monitor and analyze security events and alerts to identify potential threats.
  4. Work closely with customer IT teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of EDR/XDR solutions.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to deployment and operation of solutions.
  6. Conduct regular security assessments and provide recommendations for improving customer security posture.
  7. Create and maintain documentation related to deployment, configuration, and support of EDR/XDR solutions.
  8. Provide training and knowledge transfer to customer IT staff as needed.
Required Skills And Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in deploying and supporting Microsoft's EDR/XDR solutions.
  3. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft security technologies, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Sentinel, and related tools.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Relevant certifications such as Security Operations Analyst Associate or similar are a plus.
