Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in submitting reports online, using email, and navigating internal databases
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with callers, colleagues, and supervisors
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by empathy and a non-judgmental attitude
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive demeanor while delivering exceptional support to callers

Professional Development:

  • Candidates are required to attend all scheduled training sessions over a two-month period
  • Staff members will be issued agency-issued laptops for continued work purposes
