**Global Operations Specialist Position Description**

This Global Operations Specialist role involves analyzing worldwide sales performance and operational efficiency. The specialist will collaborate closely with global sales teams and executives to provide detailed sales and market analysis, pipeline assessment, forecasting, historical sales review, and market potential evaluation.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with global partners and sales operations to develop and implement efficient processes.
  2. Support the onboarding process of partners and internal teams by providing necessary tools, documentation, and training.
  3. Analyze sales trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  4. Manage global portals to ensure accurate and up-to-date catalogs and pricing information.
  5. Provide ongoing operational support to address any emerging issues or concerns.
  6. Monitor invoicing and resolve payment delays to prevent disruptions and maintain a smooth cash flow.
  7. Deliver business insights through reporting and analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  8. Foster strong relationships with sales and support leadership to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  9. Drive results and ensure commitment to agreed-upon objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  10. Participate in regular discussions to align communication, improve processes, and ensure collaboration across all levels.
