Appointment Scheduler/Remote Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Appointment Setter/Virtual Assistant to handle outreach, qualify leads, manage calendars, support internal operations, and ensure efficient coordination between departments and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls/messages to prospective clients and leads to initiate meaningful connections.
- Qualify and engage prospects based on predefined criteria to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments between clients and internal stakeholders to enhance collaboration and productivity.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records and track outreach progress to inform future strategies.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in appointment setting, customer service, or administrative support is required.
- Strong sales acumen and comfort making outbound calls and managing objections are essential for success.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) is required.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail are crucial for this role.
Additional Details
- The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, professional, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Night shift following US EST is required for this position.
