- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.">
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.">
- Focus on upselling services such as web development, graphic design, and software solutions.">
- Identify additional needs of existing clients and propose relevant services to enhance their experience.">
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets, including credit and connect usage targets.">
- Track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.">
- Share weekly performance reports and improvement strategies with the team.">
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential.">
- Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate insights into lead generation strategies.">
Requirements:

- Familiarity with bidding, credit usage, and connect optimization on Upwork and Bark platforms.">
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales management software.">
- Previous experience working with a startup is a plus.">
