We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and achieving individual sales targets. This role requires excellent English communication skills, a clear and confident accent, and the ability to engage effectively with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract new clients.">
  • Utilize advanced search techniques and filters to find high-quality leads.">
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.">
  • Communicate effectively with clients, showcasing our services to close deals.">
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.">
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.">
  • Focus on upselling services such as web development, graphic design, and software solutions.">
  • Identify additional needs of existing clients and propose relevant services to enhance their experience.">
  • Set and achieve monthly sales targets, including credit and connect usage targets.">
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.">
  • Share weekly performance reports and improvement strategies with the team.">
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential.">
  • Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate insights into lead generation strategies.">

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with bidding, credit usage, and connect optimization on Upwork and Bark platforms.">
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales management software.">
  • Previous experience working with a startup is a plus.">
