Job Description

This role involves delivering end-to-end ERP implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, from requirement gathering to post-go-live support. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing ERP projects with minimal supervision.
  • Designing, configuring, testing, and deploying ERP solutions.
  • Conducting fit-gap analysis and ensuring system alignment with business processes.
  • Providing user training and post-implementation support.
  • Ensuring adherence to industry best practices, Microsoft Sure Step methodology, and compliance standards.


Customer Engagement & Solution Advocacy

  • Building strong relationships with clients through trusted advisory services.
  • Understanding client business processes and recommending optimizations using Microsoft D365 F&O.
  • Acting as a strong advocate for adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Ensuring customers value the consultant's expertise and hold them in high regard for solution delivery.


Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

  • Working closely with functional teams, technical consultants, and project managers to ensure successful project execution.
  • Supporting junior consultants while sharing best practices.
  • Ensuring functional teams adhere to standards, guidelines, and quality expectations.


Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or IT.
  • Certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance / Supply chain)
  • Professional Qualification: ACCA is preferred.

Experience:

  • 3-4 years of experience in ERP consulting, with at least 2 full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Manufacturing modules.
  • Ability to independently manage ERP implementations with moderate to minimal supervision.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement).
  • Experience in GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Warehouse Management.
  • Exposure to HR, Payroll, Landed Cost Management, or Project Management Accounting (PMA) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills to engage with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to mentor junior consultants and contribute to team success.
