
Administrative Operations Manager

As a highly organized and experienced Senior Administrative Officer, you will oversee and coordinate administrative operations. This involves managing office supplies, preparing reports on expenses, organizing a filing system, answering employee queries, updating office policies, maintaining a company calendar, booking meeting rooms, distributing correspondence, preparing reports with statistical data, arranging travel, scheduling events, and managing assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses.
- Organize a filing system for company documents.
- Answer employee queries.
- Update office policies as needed.
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
- Book meeting rooms.
- Distribute and store correspondence.
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data.
- Arrange travel and accommodations.
- Schedule in-house and external events.
- Manage assigned tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with ability to mentor staff.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Minimum 05 years of experience.
