This role is responsible for supporting the CEO by providing high-level administrative services and offering guidance on operational and administrative matters.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Academic Excellence: Contribute to the growth and development of the Academics department.

  • Student Progress Monitoring: Regularly follow up on students' progress, providing targeted support to underperforming students.

  • Campus-Wide Performance Review: Analyze and monitor the performance of all departments across campuses, including Administration, Academics, HR, and others.

  • Liaison Services: Serve as a key contact for functional heads (HODs) at various campuses and departments, coordinating operational and administrative matters related to the CEO's office.

  • Operational Insights: Discuss critical operational or administrative matters with heads of departments, summarizing these for informed decision-making by the CEO.

  • Executive Support: Provide high-level secretarial services to the CEO, including report preparation, meeting coordination, minute-taking, correspondence with internal/external entities, and ensuring exceptional service standards.

  • Professional Conduct: Maintain confidentiality, integrity, respect, and sensitivity in advisory roles.

  • Guidance and Direction: Offer operational and administrative guidance to reporting personnel.
