
Strategic Business Development Executive

A leading organization in the manufacturing and trading of chemical raw materials for various industries, including paints, printing ink, cosmetics, food, and pharmaceuticals. The company seeks a strategic business development executive to manage its marketing efforts in Karachi and Lahore.
Job Overview- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow business in the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with key decision-makers within customer accounts. Understand their business needs, industry trends, and competitive situations to provide tailored solutions.
Utilize consultative sales approach, technical knowledge, and natural curiosity to demonstrate skills and abilities with customers and colleagues.
Sales PerformanceDrive sales growth by identifying new opportunities, negotiating effectively, and overcoming obstacles to gain customer commitment.
Evaluate customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies to meet those needs.
Communication and TeamworkCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
RequirementsEducation and ExperienceMinimum 3-5 years of experience in chemicals raw material selling in the mentioned industries.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry or business administration.
Skills and Qualities- Strong understanding of the chemical industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
