About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Management Expert to lead our Oracle Hyperion Financial Management solutions for global financial consolidation and reporting.

  • The ideal candidate will design, architect, and implement HFM solutions that meet our business needs while ensuring compliance and regulatory standards.
  • In partnership with finance, IT, and business stakeholders, the successful applicant will gather requirements, translate needs into system solutions, and ensure seamless integration across connected systems (ERP, data warehouses, reporting tools).
  • This role involves overseeing the end-to-end financial close process automation, including intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and consolidation adjustments.
  • The chosen individual will collaborate with technical teams to develop integrations between HFM, Oracle EBS, and other enterprise applications.
  • Key responsibilities also include monitoring, optimizing, and upgrading system performance, security, and reliability.
  • We offer guidance, training, and best practices to finance and IT teams using Hyperion solutions.
About the Job

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong foundation in financial management, with hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management, architecture, design, and implementation. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial consolidation, reporting, intercompany accounting, and regulatory compliance processes.
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or other ERP systems integration.
  • Proficiency in metadata management, Smart View, FDMEE, and financial data integrations.
  • You should possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
