Job Title: Senior Financial Expert

    The role of the Senior Financial Expert is to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and organize accounting records, including journals, ledgers, and spreadsheets, ensuring all data is current and compliant.
  • Evaluate and reconcile diverse financial operations, inspect source documents, and post relevant records in a timely manner.
  • Assist with tax returns as required and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage schedules of standard objectives, financial statements, and reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Organize routine registers, manage budgets, and analyze all data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform proper maintenance of end-of-year records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure relevant spreadsheets, online databases, and accounting software are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
  • Stay updated on accounting policies and regulations by researching and attending training sessions to maintain expertise.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and property management.
  • CPA background or equivalent certification.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of accounting systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Work Environment:

    This role is open to remote work, requiring flexibility and self-motivation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
