Job Title: Technical Manager

You will utilize your technical expertise in IM and related technologies, alongside project management skills, to oversee the delivery of project work, deliverables, and solutions for clients by guiding technical team members to meet clients' technical and business objectives.

Your primary goal would be to provide an exceptional experience for the client and a client satisfaction rating of 8 or higher.

  • Responsible and accountable for achieving assigned revenue targets
  • Building and leading a team of reliable, trusted, competent professionals who can deliver quality results and help motivate and develop them.
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A graduate degree in Computer Science, Business (MIS), Engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with our company culture represented by our core values
  • Proficiency in IM enterprise technologies
  • Familiarity with core business functions. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, Consumer Packaged Goods industry, or medical clinical industry is advantageous.
  • Competence in managing one large and multiple smaller projects concurrently, delivering timely/quality results for customers
  • Ability to transform 'unstructured' customer requirements into technical requirements and specifications for validation by the client
  • Commitment to positively influencing team members and leading them on projects
  • Strong oral, written, presentation, and documentation skills
  • Competence in communicating with customers over the phone or in person and facilitating sessions with customers/partners
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
