Job Title

A highly skilled Project Coordinator who will oversee the planning, execution, and closure of projects in a professional services department.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the planning, organization, and administration of project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the Chief Technical Officer (CTO).
  2. Ensure the flawless execution of projects from initiation to closure date.
  3. Manage, plan, and execute all activities in the professional services department.
  4. Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information to achieve project objectives.
  5. Visit clients regularly to understand their requirements and ensure client satisfaction.
  6. Understand, evaluate, define, and manage client expectations to meet their requirements.
  7. Estimate work efforts in terms of time and cost prior to approval.
  8. Develop resource plans and schedules for effective resource management.
  9. Lead team integration and manage work activities.
  10. Manage deliverables completion to defined expectations and maintain quality control.
  11. Manage changes to the project without affecting stated objectives and benefits.
  12. Track requirements traceability and document changes using the project management life cycle.
  13. Proactively manage project risk, preventing and mitigating risks as necessary.
  14. Participate in the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure projects meet organizational goals and requirements.
  15. Close projects by obtaining customer sign-off on deliverables and submitting relevant project management documentation to PMO.
Requirements
  • 7-8 years of experience in project management in a related field.
  • Previous experience in cooperating with CTO/Highest level of management for project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in IT and Services.
