Project Lead Opportunity

The Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation and delivery of projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines and budgets.
  • Identify, assess and mitigate risks associated with projects.
  • Manage project stakeholders, including team members, sponsors and clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certifications in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software.
