Project Director Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled project director to lead our technical projects. This is a key role in driving the successful delivery of enterprise software initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments to identify project requirements, develop effective solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance, direction, and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, ensuring transparency, accountability, and audit readiness.
Requirements

This role demands strong technical skills, excellent leadership abilities, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ASP, VB, and SQL Server, as well as proficiency in .NET.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time, ensuring excellent documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
