Lead Software Development Manager

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a talented Lead Software Development Manager to spearhead its software development team.

This position will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Development Administration: Administer the entire development process, guaranteeing that development efforts contribute to organizational growth and success.
  2. Software Development Strategy: Define the overall software development strategy, aligning with Agile (Scrum) development methodologies.
  3. Agile Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Agile practices, including Scrum ceremonies/meetings, ensuring effective adoption and execution across development teams.
  4. Risk Management: Identify and manage risks associated with software development processes, including security vulnerabilities, compliance risks, and project-related risks.
  5. Quality Assurance: Define and monitor quality benchmarks and standards for software development to ensure deliverables meet or exceed industry best practices.
  6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment of software development initiatives.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in a senior leadership role within software development.
  2. Extensive experience with Agile (Scrum) development methodologies.
Experience
  1. Minimum of 15 years in software development and 7 years in a leadership role.
  2. Experience in overseeing the implementation of Agile practices and methodologies.
