Job Description

Our organization is seeking an Embedded QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our embedded products. This role demands a strong background in testing and quality assurance of hardware and software integration, along with a deep understanding of embedded systems.

As an Embedded QA Engineer, you will develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for embedded systems. You will design, implement, and maintain functional testing to deliver quality features.

You will perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure compliance with project requirements. Collaboration with the development team is essential to understand system requirements and provide input during the design phase.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Agile methodologies and QA testing life cycles. Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as C/C++, Python is required.

Familiarity with hardware interfaces, communication protocols, and debugging tools is also necessary. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience as an Embedded QA Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of embedded systems and hardware-software integration.
  • Experience with bug reporting and tracking tools.
