We are seeking a talented Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation and strategic partnerships.

- Key responsibilities include:
- Lead generation via online platforms and targeted outreach campaigns;
- Collaboration with internal teams to align lead generation with company services;
- Enhancing company visibility and digital presence;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partners;
- Providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Requirements:
- A degree in IT, Business, or a related field;
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in B2B/B2C lead generation (IT industry preferred);
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
- Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills;
- Ability to generate leads and successfully close projects;
- Type: Full-time, Contract;
- Location: Onsite – Lahore;
- Compensation: Basic Salary + Incentives.
