
Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through lead generation.
Job Description- Making high-volume outbound cold calls to businesses in the U.S. market to introduce and promote our digital marketing services.
- Identifying qualified leads and scheduling or transferring live calls to our sales team.
- Maintaining and updating our CRM with accurate call notes and lead status.
You will be the first point of contact for many future clients, so strong communication skills and an understanding of digital marketing solutions are essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales (preferably B2B).
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills in English.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.) is a plus.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking software is a bonus.
