Key Responsibilities:
  • Source top talent through various channels like job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate seamless interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide market insights.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance industry recognition.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records using relevant tools.
  • Ensure recruitment aligns with labor laws and internal policies.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
