We are seeking experienced Recruiters
with strong and proven expertise in U.S. recruitment. You must have
hands-on experience
managing the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and attracting talent to interviewing and hiring top candidates.
The ideal recruiter will work closely with department managers to address current and future hiring needs and will effectively leverage multiple channels such as social media and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies.
- Create recruitment materials and post job openings on relevant platforms.
- Source and engage candidates through databases, social media, and other channels.
- Review resumes and job applications to shortlist potential hires.
- Conduct and evaluate interviews using a variety of effective recruiting tools and methods.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and HR teams to finalize selections.
- Maintain accurate records of open positions and hiring statuses across multiple locations.
- Provide timely updates to U.S.-based hiring managers and senior leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
- Must have proven experience in U.S. recruitment
(in-house or agency). - Strong ability to conduct various interview formats (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with selection processes such as phone interviews and reference checks.
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly capable female professionals interested in remote work are encouraged to apply.
