
Administrative Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager Administration to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office management.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth functioning of the office environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, maintaining their optimal condition.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate efficient workflow and timely task execution.
- Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for senior management and staff members.
- Supervise the administrative team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and documentation.
- Handle communication with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Assist in managing administrative expenses and budgets.
- Support HR functions such as employee onboarding, records management, and attendance tracking.
- Age: 30-40 years
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in office management software (MS Office, etc.)
- Knowledge of office procedures and administration best practices
