Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance and Control Manager to join our team. This key role involves ensuring the highest standards of quality in all aspects of garment production.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in implementing and maintaining quality assurance systems, setting quality standards and tolerance levels, and resolving technical issues. They will also be responsible for maintaining relevant information and records, as well as ensuring compliance with buyer's standards and company adopted standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain quality assurance systems
  • Set appropriate quality standards and tolerance levels
  • Maintain relevant information and records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Textiles or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in the Garment industry
  • Knowledge of quality processes and parameters
  • Knowledge of product and its knitting and confection processes
