About This Role

Oversee the execution of quality excellence in woven garment manufacturing, ensuring complete adherence to international buyer standards and quality guidelines.

Spearhead robust quality systems and defect prevention strategies, analyzing root causes of quality deviations and implementing preventive measures to drive continuous improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the entire quality control function for woven garments.
  • Ensure global buyer standards, quality manuals, and SOPs are strictly followed.
  • Implement robust quality systems and defect prevention strategies to maintain exceptional product quality.
  • Analyze root causes of quality deviations and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Textile Technology, Garment Manufacturing, or a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of quality experience in woven apparel with a strong background in denim or woven garments.
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior managerial or quality leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of woven garment construction, finishing, and global quality benchmarks.
