Customer Engagement Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to assist in the implementation and customization of CRM systems to help businesses enhance their customer engagement and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will collaborate with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and deliver effective CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the implementation and customization of CRM systems based on client requirements.
  • Support data migration, system configuration, and workflow automation tasks.

  • Provide user training and post-implementation support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM systems.
Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, Zoho CRM) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
