The PositionWe are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM administrator to optimize our CRM system for our international company. You will support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams by maintaining and enhancing our Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related applications. Your role involves being approachable, solution-oriented, and a key link between the system and end-users, focusing on service, incident communication, and root cause analysis. You will also drive platform improvements, usage, and business insights, tailoring applications to align with business goals.
Job Responsibilities- Liaise with Sales regarding customer queries and data to support upselling opportunities.
- Assist Technical Support with customer contract data.
- Understand and improve team operations through CRM administration and consultation.
- Analyze data to provide operational insights.
- Manage Microsoft Dynamics roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Import sales leads, contacts, and data.
- Create custom reports and dashboards for sales teams.
- Perform database maintenance, including diagnostics and duplicate cleansing.
- Provide technical support for development challenges and bug fixes.
- Evaluate and implement new Microsoft Dynamics releases, including training and support.
- Work with teams to capture requirements and implement CRM solutions, including workflow and validation rules.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform.
