Lead Conversion Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Lead Conversion Specialist to drive successful lead conversion for our innovative Retrofit Kit solution.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring incoming leads, engaging with potential customers, and presenting the features and benefits of our Retrofit Kit. They will also craft persuasive messages, address concerns and objections, and nurture leads over time to build rapport and trust.

Responsibilities
  1. Monitor Leads: Respond promptly to inquiries and messages from potential customers on WhatsApp.
  2. Engage Leads: Understand their pain points, preferences, and transportation needs through meaningful conversations.
  3. Present Solutions: Demonstrate how our Retrofit Kit addresses specific requirements and provides accurate product information.
  4. Craft Persuasive Messages: Guide leads toward making informed decisions through persuasive pitches and messaging.
  5. Nurture Leads: Build rapport and trust through consistent communication and maintain organized records of lead interactions using CRM tools.
  6. Meet Conversion Targets: Achieve lead conversion targets and contribute to overall sales success.
