Job Title: Production Coordinator

About the Position:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled production coordinator to oversee all aspects of our clothing brand's production lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with fabric quality is essential for this role, as well as knowledge of good stitching practices and garment construction techniques.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing orders from fabric cutting to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results through effective planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Careful attention to detail is necessary to accurately note customer customization requests and manage orders efficiently.
  • A successful production coordinator will possess strong organizational skills, be proactive, and have hands-on experience in managing production processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute all orders from fabric cutting to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Oversee fabric quality and ensure compliance with company standards for color, texture, and overall appearance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer customization requests and order details, including tracking inventory levels and monitoring production progress.
  • Monitor productivity and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a clothing brand or similar industry, preferably in a production or operations role.
  • Familiarity with fabric quality, good stitching practices, and garment construction techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Hands-on experience in managing production processes, including coordinating teams and managing inventory.
