Expert Production Coordinator

Efficient production planning and execution are crucial for success in the Wood Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Production Scheduling: Plan and execute daily production schedules aligned with order priorities, material availability, and machine capacity.
  2. Wood Machining Operations: Supervise wood machining operations including cutting, edge-banding, routing, lamination, and CNC processing to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  3. Maintenance Management: Monitor machine efficiency and downtime, ensuring preventive maintenance schedules are followed and escalations are addressed timely.
  4. Process Improvement: Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste, improve cycle time, and increase throughput.
  5. SOPs and Compliance: Ensure strict compliance to production SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards across all wood processing stages.
  6. Data Analysis: Analyze production data and KPIs (e.g., yield, rework, utilization) to drive data-based decision-making and performance enhancements.
  7. Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with Design, SCM, Maintenance, and Assembly teams to resolve production bottlenecks and ensure smooth workflow.
  8. Training and Development: Train and guide operators and technicians on woodworking techniques, machine handling, and safety practices.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in wooden furniture production.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of solid wood, veneer, MDF, and other wood materials.
  • Skills: Hands-on experience with woodworking machinery and tools, process-oriented with problem-solving mindset, knowledge of lean principles and production KPIs.
