Main Responsibilities:

  • Detect abnormalities or inconsistencies in data and suggest corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to enhance overall workplace efficiency.
  • Provide assistance in developing strategies to boost team productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is mandatory.
  • Candidates with O & A Levels educational background will be preferred.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with Hubstaff productivity tool and its features is essential.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and their relation to productivity.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
