The Role Exists To Accelerate Growth

Our creator-first program requires a strategic partnership manager who can build long-term relationships with influencers and content creators across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting and onboarding influencers & creators across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitch.
  • Pitching, negotiating, and closing partnerships that bring creators onto our platform.
  • Guiding creators through the onboarding process, activation, and first campaign launch.
  • Developing incentive programs, referral schemes, and growth challenges for creators.
  • Tracking performance and optimizing campaigns based on data.
  • Collaborating with the Content/Creative team to deliver assets for creators.
Measuring Success
  • Signing and activating new creators every month.
  • Building lasting creator relationships that drive adoption.
  • Designing repeatable playbooks for outreach, onboarding, and retention.
  • Hitting measurable KPIs tied to creators onboarded, active campaigns, and ROI.
