Facilities Operations Manager

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance procedures, conducting regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the functionality of electrical systems, planning and overseeing repair and installation activities, and maintaining accurate logs of daily activities.

The Maintenance Operations team plays a critical role in ensuring our facilities operate efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement effective maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance of facilities equipment.
  • Facilities Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and develop plans to address them.
  • Electrical Systems: Ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems in buildings.
  • Repair and Installation: Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities to maintain a high level of facility uptime.
  • Maintenance Logs: Keep accurate records of daily activities, including maintenance performed, repairs made, and issues encountered.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a facilities manager or other managerial role.
  • Planning Skills: Experience in planning maintenance operations and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of technical aspects of chiller, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Facilities Equipment: Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and stakeholders.

The selected candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive operational excellence.
