Job Description

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations. This includes delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring product quality.

Key responsibilities include managing sales, stock, and shelf management processes in close coordination with support departments. You will also be expected to meet monthly and annual targets for each sales department, as well as provide coaching and training to staff in soft skills along with the HR Training department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily store operations, including customer service, sales, and inventory management.
  • Develop effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.

In addition, maintain store decorum through remodeling and re-merchandising when necessary. To succeed, 3-5 years of relevant retail experience is required.
