Store Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team. This is a key role that requires a strong background in supply chain management, commerce, and leadership.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain store performance by analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to optimize store operations, including inventory management, staffing, and logistics.
  3. Provide on-the-job training to subordinates and mentor them to improve their skills and knowledge.
  4. Collaborate with senior management to address store-related queries and concerns, and communicate effectively with staff members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain & Commerce or related field.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in using MS Office.
