About the Role

The Senior Account Manager position at IODIGITAL requires a strategic thinker who can lead client relationships and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute innovative solutions that meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Innovation and Strategy: Work closely with colleagues to create innovative solutions that meet client objectives.
  3. Campaign Execution: Present campaign ideas and strategies to clients, aligning with account management teams.
  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with creative, design, animation, strategy, and media teams to deliver exceptional results.
  5. Creative Presentation: Present and share creative work with clients for approval or modification.
  6. Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services or solutions within existing accounts.
  7. Social Media Management: Manage social media communities and moderation if required.
  8. Reporting: Prepare regular client reports on agreed distribution cycles.
  9. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including pre and post-production alignment for and from execution to delivery.
  10. Meetings and Communication: Arrange and attend meetings, take notes, and share contact reports.
  11. Pitch Support: Support pitches alongside other agency colleagues to secure new business.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of account management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant experience with pre and post-productions.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
