Job Title: Warranty Coordinator

Ovex Technologies Pvt. Ltd is seeking a skilled Warranty Coordinator to focus on registering Service agreements provided by Manufacturers to partners and managing registration changes requested by clients and partners.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Compensate managers, account executives, and all salespeople engaged in Service Registration/Activation.
  2. Resolve discrepancies in registrations; coordinate registration summaries and distribution of fully executed agreements to internal and external customer groups.
  3. Ensure that all contractual terms and conditions align with standard or approved business practices.
  4. Proactively manage customer information including additions, moves, and changes within the registration and asset database.
  5. Retrieve registration confirmations from vendors.
  6. Resolve inconsistency of registration data from vendors/manufacturers side like erroneous serial numbers, part numbers, purchase dates, and customer contact etc.
  7. Gather missing information from Sales Rep and internal departments like part number that is to be registered, end user contact info, serial numbers, reference Order for H/W or warranty etc.
  8. Suggest Sales Reps to generate RMA (Return Material) for incompatible warranty part numbers being ordered by providing them with the compatible warranty part number(s) for the H/W.
  9. Compensate managers and all salespeople engaged in the Service Renewal.
  10. Resolve discrepancies in contracts; coordinate contract summaries and distribution of fully executed agreements to internal and external customer groups.
  11. Coordinate the renewal and extension of Expiring Agreements/contracts.
  12. Develop the scope and specifications for professional services and other engagements.
  13. Proactively manage customer information including additions, moves, and changes up-to-date within the contract and asset database.
  14. Draft and negotiate Service Agreements/contracts with partners and clients.
