About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of the HR function, you will be responsible for providing support across a range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization. You will also have experience in compensation and benefits administration, as well as performance management and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the hiring process from start to finish, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation, develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs, and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Benefits Administration: Design and implement comprehensive benefits packages, communicate benefits information to employees, and administer benefits enrollments and changes.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes, conduct regular performance reviews, and identify opportunities for growth and development.
Job Specification

This role requires a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist roles. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
