Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Alm Human Resources International in Lahore, Pakistan.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources with a focus on recruitment, talent management, and employee relations. Key qualifications include an MBA (HRM) degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the HR department of any organization. Familiarity with ISO 9001 documentation and requirements is also desirable.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of HR including recruitment, training, employee engagement, and policy development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent acquisition and recruitment: Identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for open positions
  2. Employee relations: Managing employee conflicts, grievances, and performance issues
  3. Training and development: Designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  4. Policy development: Creating and implementing HR policies and procedures to support business objectives

Requirements:

  • MBA (HRM) degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the HR department of any organization
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 documentation and requirements (desired)
