Job Summary



We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team at HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted email campaigns to generate leads and create a healthy sales pipeline.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement targeted email campaigns to generate leads and create a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
  • Use advanced data scraping techniques to gather potential client data from various sources ethically and in compliance with data protection laws.
  • Employ tools such as Python (for custom scraping scripts), Octoparse, ParseHub, and Scrapy to automate data extraction processes.
  • Organize and maintain scraped data in CRM tools or databases to streamline the lead management process.
  • Leverage email marketing tools like Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot, and ActiveCampaign to execute and track campaigns.
  • Develop and manage email lists, segmentation strategies, and campaign schedules to optimize outreach efforts.
  • Implement measures to prevent emails from being flagged as spam, such as warm-up processes, authentication (SPF, DKIM), and using compliant IPs.
  • Craft persuasive and engaging email content that resonates with target audiences and prompts them to take action.
  • Develop subject lines, body content, CTAs, and follow-up messages that align with the company's brand voice and messaging strategy.
  • Regularly update and refine content based on campaign performance and feedback.
  • Initiate contact with leads generated through email campaigns, conducting follow-ups to build rapport and qualify interest.
  • Answer initial questions, provide relevant information about our services, and assess client needs.
  • Prepare and transfer qualified leads to the sales department with clear notes and relevant client insights to facilitate a smooth handoff.
  • Ensure all email marketing efforts comply with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Implement strategies to avoid blacklisting and ensure high deliverability, such as IP reputation monitoring and using sender authentication.
  • Continuously update knowledge of email marketing trends and technologies to improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, including key metrics and lead conversion rates.
  • Use insights from reports to optimize future campaigns and suggest improvements for the email marketing strategy.
  • Maintain documentation of all campaigns and transfer details for reference and analysis.
