Job Title: Junior Site Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and skilled individual to join our team as a Junior Site Supervisor.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities on our construction site, with a focus on electrical components. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and grow in the construction field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reside full-time on-site to monitor and support ongoing construction activities.
  • Assist in supervising site operations, with a focus on electrical components.
  • Work closely under the guidance of our Senior Civil Engineer.
  • Ensure basic safety and compliance protocols are followed.
  • Report progress and issues to senior team members regularly.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction (mandatory)
  • Background in electrical work (mandatory)
  • Short courses in electrical work (preferred but not required)
  • Willingness to live full-time on-site
  • Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions
