Our ideal candidate is a Customer Experience Specialist with a passion for delivering exceptional support to clients.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work as a key point of contact for our customers, providing guidance and support via various channels. Your daily goal will be to exceed customer expectations by offering timely and effective solutions to their queries.
You will be responsible for meeting critical performance indicators, such as response time and customer satisfaction, while identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with our development team to implement changes.
- Provide high-quality support to clients through chat, email, and virtual calls.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response time, average handling time, and customer satisfaction.
- Investigate and report issues, as well as suggest improvements to our development team.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Support Client Queries: Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Meet Performance Indicators: Maintain high standards of response time, average handling time, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Development Team: Work closely with our development team to identify and resolve issues, as well as suggest improvements to our product.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluent Language Skills: Proficiency in German and English to communicate effectively with clients worldwide.
- Customer Success Experience: Previous experience in customer success or a similar role.
- Tech Savviness: Familiarity with software-as-a-service (SaaS) or tech companies.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and empathy skills to handle diverse client interactions.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to adapt to multicultural clients and work flexible hours.
