Customer Growth Specialist
Job Description:In this role, you will be responsible for driving initiatives that shape our customers' experiences and revenue ambitions through digital channels and applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze customer insights using behavioral and research data sets to inform strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies for digital channel recharge, including new product launches and revamps.
- Create and test hypotheses related to digital channel use cases, focusing on customer journeys and value propositions.
- Build and maintain dashboards to analyze subscriber trends and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive segment goals and enhance customer lifetime value.
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as subscriber base, revenue, and product adoption.
- MBA, BBA, Economics, or Maths major.
- 4-6 years in related roles.
- Experience analyzing business trends and monitoring KPIs.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
