Main Responsibilities:

  2. To prepare, implement, and maintain HR policies that align with the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.">
  3. Liaising between senior management and employees to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.">
  4. Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of professionals across various levels in Administration and Human Resources to optimize their potential.">
  5. Forecasting and projecting future administrative and HR requirements, advising senior management on staffing needs and surpluses.">
  6. Collaborating with other departments to provide necessary administrative and HR support.">
  7. Maintaining the cleanliness, security, and optimal utilization of office facilities and assets.">
  8. Ensuring compliance with procurement policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.">
  9. Updating inventory records and monitoring their accuracy.">
  10. Supervising employee recruitment, transfers, postings, training, performance appraisals, increments, benefits, disciplinary actions, attendance, and leave records.">
  11. Conducting Training Needs Analysis; designing and implementing training programs; and preparing related documentation.">
  12. Developing and updating Job Descriptions for all positions.">
  13. Facilitating effective communication and coordination across departments.">
  14. Overseeing timely submission of Performance Evaluation Reports.">
  15. Preparing cases for bonuses, increments, and promotions based on established criteria.">
  16. Implementing procedures for handling employee complaints in accordance with applicable rules.">
  17. Researching and advising on competitive salary and benefits structures based on market rates.">
  18. Reporting misconduct to relevant authorities.">
  19. Communicating HR policies, job descriptions, working conditions, remuneration, benefits, and growth opportunities to employees.">
  20. Representing the organization in HR-related legal proceedings.">

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or a related field.">
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role with strong administrative skills.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Able to discipline and motivate employees effectively.">
  • Experience in designing and expanding training and development programs.">
  • Able to identify training needs through analysis and consultation.">
  • Experience in managing training delivery and devising organizational training strategies.">
  • Knowledgeable about developments in training and able to stay updated through reading journals, attending meetings, and courses.">
  • Able to collaborate with senior management to create and evaluate training courses.">
  • Assist top management in developing annual budgets and plans.">
