Courier Route Logistics Specialist

As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound courier operations, ensuring timely delivery of packages. Your expertise in intercity transport management and team leadership will enable you to optimize routes and manage multiple teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage courier operations, including route planning and optimization.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve high productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
For this role, we are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have sound knowledge of the logistics industry and be well-versed in various courier services and their terms & conditions. Proficiency in software applications and written and verbal English language is also essential.
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
