E-Commerce Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce store. This key position is critical in ensuring seamless order fulfillment, timely shipping, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Process orders efficiently and accurately with minimal errors.
- Shipping and Logistics:
- Generate shipping labels through courier portals.
- Monitor delivery status and identify potential issues.
- Coordinate with courier services to resolve shipping-related problems.
- Optimize shipping costs and delivery times for improved efficiency.
- Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order volume, shipping costs, and delivery times.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably on Shopify.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure smooth operations.
- Proficiency in using shipping software and courier portals for efficient order processing.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude to drive results.
