Job Overview
  • Provide top-notch support for all IT-related queries, ensuring seamless user experience and optimal system performance.
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones with precision.
  • Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of Windows Server (ADDS, DNS, DHCP, Terminal, File Server) and Linux operating systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with routing and switching protocols, as well as IPV4 Networks and Network Topologies.
  • Possess hands-on experience with Windows installation and troubleshooting, network cabling, and connector setup.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and PBX phone systems, as well as IP CCTV cameras, is a plus.
